About PRISM Conflict Solutions

A PRISM is a way of looking at or thinking about something that causes you to see or understand what you are seeing in a different way. We embrace the idea of a Prism each day, helping clients look at and think about their conflict from different perspectives, through different lenses. We chose this path of conflict resolution because over the years we’ve recognized that the biggest reason individuals, teams, and organizations don’t reach their full potential is that they can’t or won’t deal with conflict constructively. Imagine what it would be like if you had the tools to transform breakdowns into breakthroughs. What could be more rewarding… and fun? Our clients include hospitals, universities, corporations, non-profits, and family-owned businesses. We support individuals and groups in conflict by providing tools and strategies designed to turn conflict into choice. We serve as your external independent ombuds team to assess and help you move through challenging inter-personal and team dynamics. We help organizations and leaders address and manage workplace conflict and cultivate new norms and opportunities for collaboration. As experienced litigators we were limited to win-lose outcomes. As mediators and workplace conflict consultants, we get to focus on win-win solutions. And the good news is that conflict management skills are teachable. We know you can do this! What makes us different is that we understand the difference between advocacy and empowerment. We don’t use a template, we design a process that will work specifically for you. And we’ll continue to be there over time to support you as you grow and change.
