About Pro Alliance Sports C.I.C

Our mission is to champion care-experienced young people by opening doors to professional sporting opportunities that connect, empower, and inspire. We believe that sport is more than a game it is a powerful catalyst for healing, growth, and belonging. By bringing together young people from every background, we create a global community where vulnerability is met with strength, isolation turns into connection, and potential transforms into achievement. Through access to pitches, pathways, and people who believe in them, we enable care leavers not just to play, but to thrive on the field, and in life.
