Analyzing the limits and strengthen the driver to go trought his weaknesses, helping him to 'Read' the race and the championship from the right point of view and supporting him during the season by sharing information and emotions to learn how to manage them. Every month the Technical Staff will express rating and a series of cases to study and understand during the competitions or simply in their free time.
