About Pro Real Estate Cleaning

We provide professional, exceptionally detailed, deep-cleaning services that bring about immaculate results. We specialize in Pre-Listing Cleaning, Move-out Cleaning, Move-in Cleaning and "Honey-Do" cleaning (those cleaning projects that are often delayed and deferred). Our services go above and beyond ordinary cleaning by paying attention to the items and areas that aren't addressed as we live our busy day-to-day lives. For example, our Pre-Listing cleaning changes the entire image and feel of the home and can lead to increasing the speed of the sale, the number of offers, and the final sale price. By providing attention to every detail of the home and it's best possible presentation, a potential buyer walks away from the home knowing the home was loved and cared for (unaware of the subliminal effect). Here is what we do to give a home a pristine presentation: 1. The outside entranceway is the first exposure to a home and it’s imperative to be prepared properly. Attention to: bugs and webs removed, door(s) cleaned including hinges and glass, any door squeaks removed, and outdoor light(s) cleaned. All other doors to outside are cleaned with the same precision. If needed, steps or brick mold/mildew is removed and weeding is handled. 2. Thorough cleaning of: vents/returns, fans, doors and their frames and windows, blinds, all markings, baseboards, ceilings, wall lights, switch plate covers, cobwebs, outside appliances...etc. 3. Techniques are specialized for each home individually. The perception is a brilliantly clean, well-kept, and loved home. 4. We check every corner and crevice to make sure that the home is pristine for its debut on the market. 5. What could otherwise be concerns for the home inspection, a potential buyer leaves the property without even thinking or anticipating negative results. “Superior attention to detail” is our slogan for a reason. We are thoroughly trained on how to get the best results for every task listed for each unique job.
