Automation Engineering - Equipment and Processes i.e., •Upstream processing, i.e. powder handling, mixing, media preparation and fermentation. •Downstream processing, i.e. chromatography, concentration including ultra filtration and separation, pelletizing, freeze-drying and spray-drying. •CIP/SIP. •Utilities. •Packaging lines. •Formulation systems. •Clean steam. •Water for injection systems (WFI). Automation Validation i.e., •IQ/OQ activities, i.e. preparation of protocols, test plans, reports and execution of tests.
