About Process Improvement Specialists
The business was founded on the premise that every process can be better. Every year in business, billions of dollars are lost due to inefficiencies in manufacturing and office processes. Our job is to find those inefficiencies (waste) and minimize or eliminate them. Once the waste is removed, the next step is to optimize the resulting process. You will find that the new process allow you to do the same amount of value added work in less time or with less resources. This will allow you to be positioned to efficiently grow your business. Accomplishing our goal is done in three ways. We can come in to your business and work individually to quickly solve a problem. We can work with your team members on your targeted process in order to achieve the goals we agree to accomplish. Or, we can do this and also train a person in your organization to be able to lead future process improvement exercises for you. Whatever your needs, and whatever your timeframe, we have the options to get you where you need to go. Please see more at ProcessImprovementSpecialists.com
