Most AI and automation projects fail because they are deployed on a broken operating model. Our founder spent a decade solving this pattern from inside organizations - across finance, operations, student services, supply chain, and procurement - before building Procism to solve it for others. That practitioner background is what makes our diagnostic work different from a standard consulting engagement.
