About Production Print Direct Limited

Production Print Direct Ltd are different. After many years working with the commercial print industry, supplying digital presses, we realised that the legacy model that exists, from a photocopier sales background, doesn’t always suit the modern day printer. The equipment isn’t built like a litho press and rapid changes in technology and software can often render your hardware out of date, sometimes before you’ve finished paying for it. And quite often the volume of digital work rapidly increases to the point where the machine you acquired simply won’t handle the workload, well before the final payment is due. As the industry continues to go through significant structural change, we are here to advise on conversion to a digital only production strategy which may save space and manpower costs. Upgrading a lease or hire purchase agreement before the end date is expensive. The outstanding balance is added to the next agreement and this in turn increases the payments on the next machine, reducing your competitive advantage. Also, finance companies do not like taking on the “fresh air balances” of previous agreements and sourcing the funding for your digital investments can prove both challenging and frustrating. At Production Print Direct Ltd we remove all of the above pitfalls and supply you with the correct hardware to allow you to enter the market for digital print and grow your volume. Our unique Digital Press Rental scheme gives you a fully configured SRA3 Digital Press for a fixed period of twelve months – you only pay for what you use on a monthly direct debit. Various options are available at the end of the term. As Develop's Certified Production Print Partner, we also supply the latest range of colour and mono digital presses sold under the Konica Minolta brand. We can also service your existing hardware supplied under the Oce, Konica Minolta, Develop brands.
