Historically, this meant designing, building, and maintaining software on behalf of our clients. Increasingly, the most effective approach is building with founders, not for them. With the rise of vibe coding, AI coding tools, and modern product platforms, the fastest path to a strong product is often led by the founder who holds the domain knowledge and customer insight.
