The organisation works in close conjunction with the National Probation Service working with offenders on release from custody Progress to Change creates a safe, supportive and enabling environment that both empowers and challenges individuals to rebuild their lives , reduce reoffending and positively contribute to their communities. Through dedicated staff, positive engagement, and strong partnerships, we work together to foster a culture of safety, growth and lasting change.
