About PROJECT Emory

PROJECT Emory envisions fostering a vibrant and tightly-knit community of enthusiastic and motivated computer science students within Emory's campus. Our organization serves as a nurturing space where students at all stages of their computer science journey can not only expand their pre-professional skills but also collaboratively embark on computer science projects. The essence of PROJECT Emory lies in the creation of a dynamic club where students are encouraged to openly communicate, exchange knowledge, and showcase their talents. We remain steadfast in our commitment to the principle of experiential learning, ensuring that every participant can actively engage in hands-on projects that mirror the challenges and triumphs of the real-world tech landscape. Additionally, PROJECT Emory not only seeks to bolster personal growth but also to instill the value of mentorship and collaboration. By facilitating these interactions, we empower our members with insights that extend beyond textbooks and into the realm of practical application and innovation. Our dedication to diversity and inclusivity forms the bedrock of PROJECT Emory. We fervently believe that a rich tapestry of backgrounds and perspectives fuels innovation and fosters a comprehensive understanding of the digital realm. Looking ahead, PROJECT Emory remains resolute in its mission to provide a nurturing environment where aspiring computer scientists flourish both personally and professionally. Through the fusion of experiential learning, mentorship, and an inclusive community, we strive to equip our members with the skills and mindset needed to shape the future of the computer science domain.
