Project Light It Up interviews people nationwide that walked through the Fire of FEAR. The journey spans 45 cities, 17K miles over a period of 3.5 months ... covering the United States. I have worked quite a bit in Talent throughout my career and have found that FEAR paralyzes and minimizes a person's life impact in relation to their life calling. It's my belief that by embracing FEAR, and stepping into it, we would produce a more competitive, agile and innovative business culture. Project Light It Up will deliver a modern, adventurous series about people stepping out of their comfort zone, identifying with their life passion and executing with great failure, success and perseverance.
