About PROJECT PAU - The World of Junior Cycling

PROJECT PAU is a grassroots road cycling initiative based in Trentham, Staffordshire, dedicated to giving young athletes the opportunity to train and compete like professional, regardless of their background. We believe that passion and potential should never be limited by financial barriers. Through our online academy and junior team, we support riders aged 13 to 18 in developing their skills, confidence, and love for the sport. In 2026, Project Pau will support a further eight junior cyclists through a structured development program that includes: *Professional coaching from experienced mentors *High-quality equipment to ensure safety and performance *Access to competitive race events across the UK and Europe, including the prestigious British Cycling National Junior Series Our mission is to build a pathway for future champions, providing the tools, opportunities, and support they need to thrive both on and off the bike. Whether you're a rider, parent, coach, or supporter, Project Pau is here to help young cyclists close the gap to success.
