About Project Student

Established in 2020, Project Student is an independently owned third party student accommodation operator. With a footprint in 11 cities across the UK, we proudly manage over 1,500 operational beds, ensuring quality and comfort for our residents. Our vision is clear and ambitious: by 2030, we aim to have 10,000 beds under management. Being forward-thinking and client-led, we understand the evolving needs of students and adapt to provide unparalleled experiences. Our foundation is built on innovation, understanding client needs and student demands, and delivering services that exceed expectations.
