About Project Winterland - Westland Impact Festival

A nonprofit expressed as both a physical festival and a virtual movement — built on the radical optimism it takes to pursue greater purpose in service of our shared future. Two annual events: Westland Impact Festival brings together filmmakers, musicians, solutionists, entrepreneurs, and everyday changemakers for three days of powerful storytelling and real-world impact in Whitefish, Montana. This isn't just a festival — it's a gathering for people who care about the future and are ready to build it. Westland Solutionist Summit: Convening city officials, housing nonprofits, developers, business leaders, innovators, and community voices to accelerate solutions to place-specific challenges -structured using the EcoSprint model developed by our partners @planethome. June 2026 focus: solutions and commitments addressing the attainable housing gap in Flathead County and across the Intermountain West and Canada.
