About Project X Singapore

Established in 2008, Project X is an organisation that provides social, emotional and health services to people engaged in the sex industry in Singapore. Through a combination of social services, community organising, research, and advocacy, we support sex workers to access care, build community, and shape public understanding and policy. 𝐎𝐮𝐫 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐬 𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐥𝐮𝐝𝐞: 💖 Sexual Health Prevention and Education Outreach ➡️ Ground outreach, health education, and resources to promote safer practices and informed choices. 💄 The Next Step Social Service Programme ➡️ Holistic support for sex workers who wish to explore pathways beyond the sex industry, including skills development, referrals, and personalised case management. ⛑️ Anti-Violence and Access to Justice Casework ➡️ Direct support for individuals facing violence, exploitation, or legal challenges, ensuring they can access protection and justice safely. 💎 Therapeutic Services (Art Therapy and Counselling) ➡️ Trauma-informed counselling and art therapy to support healing, resilience, and emotional wellbeing. We organise regular community events for sex workers to come together to share safety strategies and find community in a safe space; and we create opportunities for sex workers to speak, to be heard and to become advocates. 📖 𝐑𝐄𝐀𝐃: 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐌𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐀𝐧𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐲 - Stories from Singapore's Sex Workers https://www.faction.press/post/the-missing-anthology To sex workers: we welcome you to join us and share your stories in a safe space.
