About Promattic

Promattic is a marketing-automation and RevOps studio that helps B2B teams build cleaner systems, stronger processes, and more reliable pipelines. Our work sits at the intersection of outbound strategy, CRM architecture, and workflow automation. We focus on improving the foundations: data structure, ICP clarity, lead routing, enrichment paths, lifecycle definitions, and the operational logic that ties everything together. Whether it’s setting up a new HubSpot environment, building a cold-outreach workflow, or mapping a full funnel, the goal is consistent: reduce friction, increase visibility, and make the system easier for teams to operate.
