About Proof Line Farm

Proof Line Farm is a family farm located five minutes north of London, Ontario. We specialize in whole, non-homogenized A2 milk, farm-to-table gelato made with our own whole milk, pasture-raised beef and pasture-raised eggs. We incorporate regenerative agriculture practices to reduce our carbon footprint and maintain a balanced ecosystem for our animals, crops and the land.
