About ProofingQueen

ProofingQueen® is a premier proofreading and fact-checking agency. We have 20+ years of experience working alongside some of the best ad agencies, graphic design studios, marketing companies, communications consultants and in-house marketing teams in Canada and the US. Throughout those years, we've proofed it all – from annual reports to marketing collateral to RFP responses to websites – and everything in between. We understand what it's like to be working under a tight deadline. To have everyone's eyes on your words. To be up late at night, poring over that PDF one last time, hoping you haven't missed anything. Most importantly, we understand what your writing means to your business or to your cient's business, and to you personally: it's the living proof of your professionalism, your credibility, your reputation and, ultimately, your brand. That's why our goal is not only to ensure your writing is perfect – it's also to give you peace of mind, knowing that your words say exactly what you intend. Every time.
