About Property Fusion

Property Fusion is a property management company based in East Sussex, managing apartment blocks all over England. At Property Fusion, we are proud of our personal and bespoke service. We understand that every block is unique, as are the needs of landlords and tenants; so we listen closely to our clients and respond effectively to each individual issue. We cover a wide area, both geographically and in terms of management practice, so will happily review any request to manage properties we receive. We’re passionate about property management and maintain the highest standards possible for all our clients. We work closely with freeholders, residents’ associations and other bodies responsible for the management of each block, and have open communications and strong working relationships with all our working partners which include architects, builders, surveyors, solicitors, funders and trades. Believing in the importance of communication and transparency, we’re rewarded by clients who feel comfortable their properties are in safe hands. In fact, ongoing feedback proves 100% of our clients are happy with the services we give – and not all companies can say that. We carry out regular inspections of all blocks and react quickly and efficiently to any queries received.
