About Property Searches Direct

Not all Search Providers are the same. We help speed up property transactions by enabling better collaborations between all stakeholders. We treat conveyancers as true partners and support them with our Market Insights, business development, training and Digital Property Logbook technologies to ensure that they deliver a market leading service. If you are working at 10pm, we are there to help too. In September 2020 we launched 'Hazard Checker' for all stakeholders to use as an aide to discussing the Hazards that exist at a property that are likely to be picked up by Searches. In 2022 we launched our concierge service for conveyancers along with a funds to collect solution to help further reduce administrative burdens. We also continue to offer reporting direct to home buyers and sellers so that they can be armed with as much up front information at the start of a transaction as possible.
