About Property Searches Scotland

Since our launch in 2012, we've firmly established our position as Scotland's fastest-growing search company by providing customers with what they need: fast, accurate search reports delivered via an award-winning, intuitive ordering platform supported by unique and innovative product offerings. We offer the full range of searches and reports for residential, remortgage and commercial transactions across Scotland. Our platform was designed with direct input from Scottish law firms, so it works the way you work, and our award-winning service is backed by an experienced team who genuinely care about getting your transactions moving. What makes us different? We place our customers at the heart of everything we do. Our customer-facing platforms streamline search ordering and delivery to drive efficiency for our customers, while our back-office systems enable enhanced workflows to return reports speedily with average turnaround times of under 24 hours. We are integrated with Registers of Scotland, the Accountant in Bankruptcy, and providers of coal mining and other third-party reports to provide unique search alerts, with over 95% of coal mining reports returned within one hour. Our standard customer offering extends to ground-breaking initiatives including No Sale No Fee on manufactured reports (Property Enquiry Certificates, Legal Reports, Remortgage Searches, Companies House products), while we also offer unlimited updates of these manufactured reports. This offers pricing certainty when transactions are unavoidably delayed. Behind the technology, you'll find our experienced local team with offices in Glasgow and Edinburgh ready to help. It's this combination of smart technology and personal service that our clients value most. Part of the tmGroup family, we have the resources to invest in continuous platform improvements whilst maintaining the local, personal approach that defines us.
