About Prophecy Cocktail Bar

The basement of Hotel Georgia has long been a canvas for the vibrant and the bold. In its heyday, it was a sanctuary for the social elite, a hidden gem where jazz notes floated through the air, and the clink of cocktail glasses punctuated lively conversations. The echoes of laughter and music have remained to this day, etched into its very walls. It's in this space that we bring you Prophecy. Our name, Prophecy, suggests a glimpse into the future while revisiting the spirit of the past; a vision of what could be, guided by the echoes of what has been. Named to Canada's Top 50 Bars as Canada's best new bar 2025 and 7th best bar in Canada, North America's 50 Best Bars, and 50 Best's Discovery list as one of the best places to eat and drink in Vancouver, we believe in telling stories through our cocktails and creating an atmosphere that provides the convas for shared experiences and memorable moments.
