About Pros&Consulting

We are ready to help your Company in various ways. We join startups to ignite their performance by setting up the finance environment and processes from scratch. We lease our consultants to finance positions or just provide consultations and help wherever needed. We prepare all the financial reports and documents needed by investors (potential or current). We assist mature companies during hard times like mergers, acquisitions, accounting environment changes or simply when there is more work than the current personnel can handle. We can help with more complex tasks like budgeting and cash-flow planning, external financing support, bank covenant reporting and much more. We provide temporary personnel lease for mid- or senior finance positions and in the near future even outsource whole departments (from accounting to internal audit). No matter whether your finance manager left for a long sick-leave, parental leave or you just need to fill in the position until new recruit joins your company. We improve understanding of your financial data and awareness of trends in real-time using our own personnel and third party business intelligence solutions. You won't need to take care of reporting and controlling functions  in-house anymore. We serve as company secretaries for foreign entities with presence in Slovakia.  We provide in-house training and lectures as per your needs. And many more...  AT THE END, IT IS CLIENT, WHO DETERMINES WHAT WE DO! For more information contact us at [email protected]
