Protective Factors Group (PFG) is a 501c3 nonprofit foundation focused on leading a mental health revolution. Team PFG is closing the workforce gap, increasing access to mental health services, promoting mental health education, and implementing evidence-based practices. On an individual level, behavioral and mental wellness is a critical aspect of human life. Team PFG guides people through inner work to recognize what they do have to produce powerful results of personal change. Team PFG facilitates healing paces for positive mental health outcomes for individuals and families. On a family systems level, generational patterns of trauma, unhealthy communication, and rigid roles cause dysfunction in families. By fostering systemic change, Team PFG helps families develop adaptive dynamics that promote resilience, emotional safety, and mutual growth.
