About Protinus Group

Protinus Group is a boutique advisory firm working with leadership teams across Malaysia, Singapore, and the United Kingdom. We partner with listed companies, privately held businesses, founders, and startups to define strategy, support execution, strengthen leadership, and facilitate aligned strategic partnerships and capital. Our work is senior-led, discreet, and grounded in real operating experience. We do not deliver abstract frameworks. We work alongside leaders to solve real business problems and convert strategy into action. We work with a limited number of clients at any given time to ensure depth, focus, and impact. Our Services: - Strategy Consulting: We help leadership teams define clear, executable strategies and stay engaged to ensure delivery. - Strategic Partnerships: We enable growth by structuring partnerships that unlock new revenue, capabilities, and markets. - C-Suite Coaching: Confidential, senior-level coaching for CEOs and executives operating under complexity and pressure. - Investor Introductions & Capital Advisory: Selective introductions to aligned investors, supported by disciplined positioning and senior advisory. Our Difference: - Operator-led experience, not theoretical consulting - Execution focus, not high-level slideware - Selective engagements to protect quality and confidentiality - Long-term value orientation, not transactional advice
