Through our wholly-owned subsidiaries, we perform all renovations and enhancements, deliver strong ongoing management and attract qualified tenants. Founded in 2008, we currently own and manage 1,500+ apartment units, over 1,000+ of which we renovated and revitalized with a long-term focus in mind.
