About Prozzane LLC

PROZZANE LLC strives to deliver cost effective engineering services to reduce well construction cost. We use industry recognized software as well as internally developed software to address deficiencies of the standard software. For relatively small companies and companies with reduce project team, we can take care of the core engineering aspect as well as procurement for your projects. We are confident in delivering better value due to our in depth operational experience, strong engineering background, our small size and low overhead costs. We provide Value Optimized Innovative Technical Solutions (VOITS™) using the principle of Simplification, Substitution, Moderation and Modification (S2M2). Due to the nature of well construction and the level of project management involved, Drilling and Well Engineers seldom have time to deeply investigate potential value creation opportunities. We at PROZZANE specialize in creating these values for you. Whether taking on the design from the scratch or reengineering existing design, we do not only focus on cost savings only but also find value throughout the well life. We realize that it is of no use saving cost that can potentially lead to expensive intervention in the future. Our engineers are vast in the use of industry recognized software and also have significant operational experience to back it up thus providing ability to use standard software to build non-conventional models arising from well complexity. We are registered with the Texas Board of Professional Engineering and approved to provide engineering services. Our services includes Casing Design and Verification, Well Operating Limits due to Pressure Build-up, Annular Pressure Build-up and Mitigation Design (Burst Disk, foam etc.),Well Design Integrity Verification and Load Analysis, Drilling Optimization, Drilling Feasibility Studies, Well Construction Safety and Risk Management, Training and Software Development.
