The visitor’s center of the winery overlooks the scenic mountains of Edom to the east and the hills of Jerusalem to the south. Psagot Winery currently produces 80,000 bottles a yearly of which a large part is are exported to countries all over the world. The vineyards of Psagot are planted on terraced limestone at a height oflocated 900 meters above sea level to the north of the hills of Jerusalem.
