About PSWARM

In a nutshell, PSWARM is your community of freelancers dedicated to supporting you from the transition of permanent employment (CDI) to independent status, and beyond. At PSWARM, we believe in a collaborative model where professional freedom does not mean being alone. Our mission begins long before the first contract. From the initial steps towards independence, we are here to offer you: Transition Support: We guide you through the transition phase from permanent employment to independence. Our members share their experiences, advice, and the best resources to facilitate your journey into the freelance world. Transparency and Opportunities: We believe in complete transparency. With PSWARM, you have access to clear business introducers regarding daily rates (TJM) and commissions. Moreover, our community offers exclusive deals for essential services such as insurance, accounting, and more. Community Support: In challenging times, you are never alone. Our community is here to support you, provide guidance, and help you overcome the challenges encountered in your freelance journey. Preferred Access to Missions: We provide you with access to exciting missions, along with means such as TGV travel and hotel stays, under certain conditions.
