About Psychological Therapy Associates

When experiencing trauma or emotional commotions, many of us abandon our “self." This self-abandonment leads to the setting of poor boundaries and creates a barrier between oneself and the external world. It disrupts our well-being and the feeling of satisfaction that we get from fulfilling our own desires. We often lose the ability to listen to ourselves, practice compassion, and identify or fulfill our own needs. Using various therapeutic techniques, we will help you rewrite your narratives and develop a healthy lifestyle. This will open up new doors related to yourself and bring a change in your perspective toward others. Together we will overcome your anxiety, depression, or pain and create a new blueprint that will carry you towards a brighter future. Therapy empowers you by connecting you to your core self and helps to set healthy boundaries. This not only helps with self-fulfillment but also creates shifts in your meaningful relationships with others. You will enter into healthier relationships with a solid sense of boundaries and communicate effectively.
