Established on 2021, PT Solo Trans Energi is the physical oil trading. As a key thrust of the Group diversification strategy to move into the non-regulated business, PT Solo Trans Energi marks the completion of the Group’s value chain – from sourcing fuel, to trading and providing fuel-related services to customers. PT Solo Trans Energi has about 5.200 MT of storage capacity which is 3.570 MT DWT Tanker and 1.600 MT DWT Oil Barge, Its tanks are dedicated to its Utilities business. With a well-integrated terminal configured for cargos and bunkers trading. It plays a key role in managing the Group’s fuel sales which constitutes part of the power generation cost. Through direct sourcing and its bulk purchases, it is more likely to secure better prices and achieve greater economies of scale. PT Solo Trans Energi is well-placed to improve fuel procurement position, cut risks and improve the value of its fuel stock.
