About Public Services Agency, Moldova
Public Service Agency (PSA) of the Republic of Moldova is the largest public service provider in the country, employing 2,600 staff and operating 44 one-stop-shop offices nationwide. PSA is the holder of critical state registers and information systems, including those for population, legal entities, vehicles, drivers, and civil status documents. It is also responsible for issuing IDs, passports, handles citizenship, driving licenses, and vehicle registrations, acts as registration chamber of commercial and non-commercial entities, including political parties. PSA also handles FDI cases and strategic goods permits.
