About Purdy-McGuire, Inc.

Purdy-McGuire is a seasoned provider of MEP services for the D/FW Metroplex and beyond. The firm is HUB/WBE/DBE/SBE certified, and staff includes registered Professional Engineers and LEED APs who provide these services using the latest design technology. For over 60 years we have provided sustainable, cost-effective mechanical, electrical, and plumbing designs for our clients. All buildings are designed with energy efficiency in mind. Our work peppers the Downtown Dallas skyline in such high-visibility buildings as Chase Tower, 2100 Ross, Trammell Crow Center, and Bank of America Plaza, and in newer spaces like the newly renovated FactorySix03, Toyota Music Factory, and Legacy West/Legacy Hall. We partner with local and national clients to produce quality projects in several areas including higher education, science and technology, commercial, national retail, master planning, energy modeling, feasibility studies, municipal, and garages/parking structures.
