About Pure Patisserie

Pure Patisserie is run by professional pastry chef Sophie Lewis. Sophie has a wealth of experience working in wholesale catering, luxury hotels and high end restaurants, including three different Michelin starred restaurants. Sophie’s most recent role is that of Senior Pastry Chef at Fera, the Michelin starred restaurant at Claridges in Mayfair, London. As well as running the busy section, Sophie’s role at Fera has included designing her own innovative desserts. Sophie and Pure Patisserie will work closely with you and provide the care and personal attention needed to make your special event ideas a reality.
