From leadership coaching and inclusion strategy to accessible workplace design, we help you build environments where everyone can thrive. We also run Coaching With a Cause—a programme where every full-price coaching session funds a £1 coaching session for a disabled person who may otherwise be excluded from support. Founded by Dr Chris and Dr Fran Whitaker, Purple Advantage brings together over 30 years of lived and professional experience in disability, sport, law, and leadership.
