Purple Frog are a Student Property Management, Letting and Investment business. After opening our first office near the University of Birmingham in 2007 we opened two further offices in 2009 in Nottingham and Bristol to help students and investors in those cities too. As graduates we know the areas, the markets and the problems within it; we use our experiences to create and find housing that matches tenants' requirements. With services ranging from single dwelling lettings to corporate portfolio management we provide hassle free property services tailored to your specific requirements. We understand the needs and concerns of both landlords and students (with the two Directors having started Purple Frog straight from their experiences at university) and use this knowledge to provide a professional, friendly and flexible service to help unlock the full the potential of your property investment.
