About Purpose Production, LLC

The Story of Purpose Production: Crafting More Than Just Quality Most people see a t-shirt or a printed product as a finished good. At Purpose Production, we see it as a second chance. Founded in 2025, Purpose Production didn't start in a typical garage or a tech hub. It started with a question: How do we break the cycle? We saw a system where incarcerated individuals were often sidelined, losing their connection to their families and their sense of worth. We decided to build a bridge back. The Power of a Paycheck We believe that dignity is earned through hard work, but it is sustained by fair treatment. In an industry where labor is often undervalued, we’ve taken a radical stand: every member of our team earns a true living wage. For our team members, that paycheck is more than just numbers on a screen. It’s the ability to buy a pair of shoes for a child at home, the power to pay off a debt, and the dignity of building a savings account for the day they walk back into the world. By paying a living wage, we aren’t just offering a job; we are offering a foundation for a new life. Quality as Our Calling Card We know that for our mission to be scalable, our products have to be undeniable. We don't ask our customers to choose us just because of our social mission; we ask them to choose us because our quality is second to none. From our facility in Omaha, Nebraska, we push the boundaries of screen printing and production. Every item that leaves our shop carries the pride of a person who is perfecting a craft and reclaiming their future. We prove every day that when you give someone a purpose, they give you their very best work. Our Mission: Hope is Scalable Our key mission is simple yet profound: To provide quality jobs that allow incarcerated people to support their families and positively impact their communities. We are turning the tide on recidivism by replacing "time served" with "skills mastered."
