About Purpose-Ready Consulting

Strategy. Systems. Impact. Purpose-Ready Consulting helps mission-driven organisations and values-led businesses align strategic intent with the systems, data and governance required to deliver it. Too many great strategies stall - not because the ambition is wrong, but because systems, data or decision authority aren't ready to support execution. That’s where we focus. With over 40 years of combined executive leadership experience across not-for-profit, health, aged care, disability, and community sectors, we bring a distinctive blend of social impact strategy and technology transformation-enabled transformation. We work at the intersection of purpose, performance and accountability - helping organisations build foundations that stand up to growth, reform and scrutiny. What We Do: ✔️ Build fundable strategies aligned to policy, reform, and market priorities ✔️ Design impact and outcomes frameworks (including SROI and reporting) ✔️ Modernise core systems (ERP, CRM, cybersecurity, data platforms) ✔️ Enable data-driven decision-making through reporting automation and dashboards ✔️ Strengthen governance, risk, and compliance through practical systems uplift Who We Work With: • Boards, CEOs and executive leaders in the for-purpose sector • Organisations preparing for growth, reform or funding opportunities • Health, aged care, disability and community organisations modernising strategy and systems • Corporate and philanthropic leaders seeking measurable, evidence-based impact Our Difference: We bridge the gap between big ideas and practical delivery. Every strategy we design is backed by fit-for-purpose systems, credible data and sound governance - so when opportunity arises, organisations are ready to grow with confidence.
