About Q Developments LTD

We are an experienced and innovative property developer committed to excellence in design and construction. Our ethos is ‘Developing Excellence’. We deliver high-quality new build properties in London and throughout the UK. We aim to add maximum value to any project through strategic planning, intelligent design and quality construction. The financial strength created through our 20 years of success means we are well placed to deliver homes for London and the UK. Our key business plan is to bring forward a new housing type that will be distinct from the generic pattern book design which is all too common amongst housebuilders. Our product will reflect the company’s ethos and commitment to producing beautifully crafted contemporary homes – maximising natural light, intelligent use of space, simple yet well detailed external facades all set within harmonious external landscaped spaces.
