About Q-Tech, houses division s.l.unip.

Q-Tech: Comprehensive Engineering and IT/OT Risk Mitigation Founded by Federico Fortes De La Pina with over 20 years of field experience, Q-Tech transcends the traditional distribution model. We are not "box movers" accumulating endless references; we strictly filter technology to deliver absolute certainty of operation. Our core mission is to unify advanced thermodynamics with enterprise telecommunications, forging resilient ecosystems. Off-Site Engineering (Pre-Assembled Technical Rooms): We eradicate human error on site. We meticulously assemble, wire, and subject hydraulic manifolds and control panels to rigorous pressure tests directly in our laboratory. We deliver true "Plug & Play" infrastructures, transforming chaotic construction sites into millimeter-precise deployments. HVAC & Renewable Energy: We design high-performance ecosystems by integrating premium heat pumps like the Viessmann Vitocal R290 with AI-driven predictive climate control (Uponor Smatrix AI), which proactively adjusts to weather changes. We minimize energy consumption using industrial circulators (Grundfos Magna3) , synchronized with solar generation and battery storage. Critical Hydrotechnology: We protect public health and prevent Legionella by implementing the Hycleen Automation System for continuous, automated thermal balancing in DHW networks. We transform standard pools into AI-managed spas using Dryden Aqua's 100% bio-resistant AFM filtration and ultra-silent inverter pumps. IT/OT Networks (The Nervous System): We deploy high-availability topologies using Teltonika edge routers and Ubiquiti UniFi hardware, including Wi-Fi 7. We orchestrate industrial automation with SIMATIC PLCs, mastering lightweight telemetry protocols like MQTT, CoAP, and LoRaWAN for seamless M2M communication.
