About Qatar Africa Business Forum (QABF)
The first Qatar Africa Business Forum (QABF) was inaugurated in 2022 by Sheikha Al Mayassa Bint Hamad Bin Khalifa Al Thani, Chairperson of Qatar Museums, in recognition of Africa's pivotal role as the human capital powerhouse. The mission of the QABF is to cultivate sustainable and equitable partnerships between Qatar and Africa, leveraging the continent’s abundant talent and resources to stimulate inclusive growth, foster innovation, and catalyze development over the next decade. The high-level invite-only event will include market leaders, visionary entrepreneurs, creative industry players, esteemed government officials and other key stakeholders from Qatar, the African continent and beyond, providing a key platform to build new connections, exchange ideas, and explore solutions that have the potential to cultivate prosperity across borders and regions.
