We are QLM. We are committed to staff your constructions, light industrial, solar, and stevedoring projects with the best-skilled workforce. Our Mission To be a seamless extension of our clients and provide world-class customer service. Our Formula for Success Safety, Productivity, Quality - The SPQ Philosophy Quality Labor Management is a skilled staffing service providing team members in industries such as construction, logistics and transportation, industrial, hospitality, stevedoring, and professional services. We have over 100 years of combined experience in the staffing industry and understand the demand for temporary employment. Our clients need to be able to turn their labor on and off like a faucet. We focus on becoming a seamless extension of our clients and provide world-class customer service with their hiring needs. We streamline the hiring process by recruiting and performing all necessary background checks, drug tests and skill testing before placing the team member on the client's project. By removing this burden, our clients can focus on their day-to-day business needs. Our clients can have peace of mind knowing that we hold all staffing employees accountable for Safety, Productivity and Quality (SPQ) on every job they are assigned to. If the client isn't satisfied, we guarantee a replacement with no charge for new staffing placements. Just like our clients, we provide world class customer service to our team members as well. We offer new employment opportunities when projects end, team member health insurance and benefits. We provide the necessary training needed to perform the job safely.
