About Qme

Qme is a B2B SAAS startup building Africa's first AI-Based customer journey platform Integrating Booking, Queuing, Analytics & Payments in one Phygital Infrastructure. In Africa every citizen spend around 6 months out of his life standing in queues beside the time wasted it's one of the most stressful things you have to go through daily! Adding to that more than 92% of Appointments booking are currently happing through phone booking which usually end up with average 31% no-show due to absence of commitment from the customer side and we are on a journey to end all of that.
