QPQ is a boutique co-developer of green energy projects, bridging the gap between early-stage developers and institutional investors. We partner with vetted developers as their Capital Execution Team, so any project we present to you comes with an experienced co-sponsor attached. Think of us as an in-house investment banker and project developer combined, working on the sponsor side. Our mission: to provide investors with high-quality, de-risked opportunities – projects that are thoroughly prepared and professionally run, not brokered “shopping around” deals.

Founded in 2016 by Oksana Tashakova and Vlad Tashakov.
