About Quality for Outcomes

Organisations funding or delivering programs across prevention, health promotion, community and human services are under increased pressure to demonstrate impact. Boards, executives, and the public are asking: ‘What difference is this program making?’ Many organisations, and the teams within them, are doing great work, but struggle to clearly show impact, because: • Much of this work is complex (e.g., programs that aim to increase physical activity or strengthen community wellbeing) • Impact is often indirect • Change unfolds over time • Multiple actors contribute • Data is fragmented across systems • Clear, practical guidance on what “good quality” looks like is often missing. Quality for Outcomes was founded to help public and not-for profit organisations to overcome these challenges.
