About Quality Online Research Pty Ltd

Quality Online Research (QOR) delivers fieldwork you can trust and market and consumer research you can depend on. Nimble in our approach, our team of market and research experts are by your side throughout the duration of your project. We do things differently. Quality-focused and unafraid of rigorous research methodologies, our best-in-class online sampling services curate relevant panels and recruit respondents by invitation only via primarily offline sources. We do not advertise our surveys. We screen out those participants with multiple identities. We do not allow respondents to fill in gaps with AI and machine learning. We chase integrity because, without it, research data is next to useless. Ensuring we have valid participants on our panels gives your research a quality foundation that removes bias and ensures objective results. Plus, your surveys can be accessed and completed on almost any internet-connected device through our innovative device-rendering technology. We back our services with credibility, industry credentials, and a long history. We follow all guidelines and are quality assured under the Australian Market and Social Research Standard ISO 20252. QOR is an Australian Data and Insights Association (ADIA) member company and was the first ADIA member to certify its “Information and Data Security Compliance System” (IDSCS). Together, we can design, collect, and analyse quality data weighted on more than basic demographics that adds value to your organisation and solves mission-critical problems. Our niche is small business and consumer panels. Reach out today to learn more. qor.com.au
