About Quality Training, Precision Inspections

QTPi is a team of seasoned construction professionals, including trades people, sustainability consultants, building performance testing experts and more. At QTPi we provide no nonsense consulting to architects, builders, developers and anyone seeking guidance through a high-performance construction project. We specialize in projects that seek green building certifications such as LEED, NGBS, Phius, EGC, Energy Star, Zero Energy Ready Homes and more. However, our experience in these programs can provide key insights to any project where performance is important. At QTPi we pride ourselves on having the flexibility to provide any or all roles required on a green building project. We can provide code compliance testing such as blower door and duct leakage testing. Or we can provide a full, turnkey service that delivers a green building project from conception through certification and even post occupancy monitoring. We pride ourselves though, on our ability to fill gaps for other verifiers and consultants where they might feel weak. Some verifiers feel great when testing in the field, but not running a meeting for clients on a multimillion-dollar project. Others need help with energy modeling. Whatever the need is, we are here to support other verifiers and raters as well. Whether you are a verifier, designer, builder, developer, financier, and your goals are seeking 45L tax credit, 179D deduction, HUD financing, LIHTC compliance, local tax abatements or just confirmation on your building's performance, allow QTPi to guide you through the path of least resistance.
