About Quantum Quote

Quantum Quote is a smart estimating platform engineered for builders, developers, and contractors who are tired of slow, outdated, and inconsistent quoting processes. We transform architectural and structural plans into highly detailed, fully itemised construction quotes — in minutes, not days — saving you time, boosting your professionalism, and helping you win more work. This isn’t just software, it’s a powerful quoting engine, backed by deep construction knowledge and cutting-edge technology. Quantum Quote combines AI-driven logic with real-world build methods, pricing data, and trade sequencing to deliver quotes that are accurate, structured, and designed to be understood by both clients and contractors alike. Whether you're pricing a loft conversion, side or rear extension, full renovation, or a new build project, Quantum Quote can handle it all. From demolition and groundwork, through to electricals, heating systems, finishes, and even site setup and compliance, we make sure no trade, material, or process gets missed. What Makes Us Different? ✅ Speed: Fully itemised quotes in under 8 minutes ✅ Accuracy: Built-in logic tied to real construction data ✅ Customisation: Adjust specs, finishes, and layouts on the fly ✅ Consistency: Every quote follows a professional format that clients trust ✅ Support: We’re builders ourselves — we speak your language Our platform isn’t built by coders guessing at the construction world. It’s designed by people who’ve run sites, dealt with clients, argued with planners, and managed teams. We know how much time gets wasted chasing quotes, manually measuring plans, or trying to explain costs to clients who don’t understand the process. So we built the tool we wished we had 10 years ago. Who's It For? . Builders & main contractors . Developers pricing multi-unit builds . Architects wanting a quoting partner . Builders merchants offering contractor style quotes. The future of quoting isn't coming. It's already here.
