About Quarker
Quarker is building the electric vehicle (EV) infrastructure of the Philippines — block by block, charger by charger, in the communities where people actually live, work, and move. Rather than chasing abstract, top-down deployment, we focus on grounded, high-impact networks: charging systems embedded in neighborhoods, townships, cities, and commercial estates. We build for residents, tenants, employees, fleet operators, and the growing ecosystem of EV stakeholders — creating practical infrastructure that scales with real adoption. We handle the full stack: site selection, hardware sourcing, network design, infrastructure deployment, operations, servicing, and partnerships — with the goal of making EV charging simple, accessible, and deeply integrated into the built environment. At its core, Quarker isn't just an infrastructure company. We're helping shape the cultural, economic, and urban shift toward electrified mobility in the Philippines. If you're a developer, city planner, fleet owner, or institution interested in bringing EV infrastructure to your community, we’d love to talk.
